Assists with Establishing policies and procedures, objectives, work standards and Patient Satisfaction initiatives. Maintains quality control and compliance with regulatory agencies. Directly manages Supervisory and Lead personnel. Manages daily department standards.Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc.Ensure that department is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations.
