ResponsibilitiesGeneral Perform assigned tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently; additional duties may be assigned.Equipment Operation Operate manufacturing equipment following all safety, quality, and productivity requirements.Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Stop work and report any major injury hazards immediately.Report injuries, illnesses, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly.Follow all HSE procedures and use required PPE at all times.Help promote a strong safety culture by watching out for peers and addressing hazards.Understand how daily work impacts the environment and take steps to reduce risks.Participate in required safety training.Quality Follow all standard work procedures and quality guidelines.Identify, report, and help address quality issues to support defect reduction.Perform routine quality checks and ensure non-conforming materials are controlled.Delivery & Process Support Collect, record, and maintain accurate production and inspection data.Keep clear and organized documentation; communicate task completion effectively.Stay updated on changes to processes, equipment, or work instructions.Maintain clean and organized work areas; perform routine housekeeping and basic operator maintenance.Report equipment concerns to maintenance or support staff promptly.Assist with additional operational tasks to meet production goals.Teamwork & Continuous Improvement Communicate effectively with team members, support staff, and engineers.Participate in training, development activities, and continuous improvement efforts.Share ideas to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.Follow all company policies, procedures, and environmental standards.Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to perform all essential job functions safely.Experience or comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.Strong focus, reliability, and teamwork skills.Willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.Professional attitude and dependable attendance.Ability to walk and stand for 12-hour shifts.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and similar physical tasks.Ability to use and wear all required PPE.Preferred Qualifications Experience in data collection, quality assurance, or manufacturing process evaluation.Work Environment Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, chemicals, and automated equipment.Frequent standing, walking, and interaction with machinery; some bending or material handling.Strict adherence to all safety, health, and environmental policies is required.
