Our client, the oil and gas industry, is seeking an Execution Planning Advisor III to join their team. As an Execution Planning Advisor III, you will be part of the project controls department supporting planning and scheduling activities for complex  projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Execution Planning Advisor III Location: Kemmerer, WY Pay Range: Up to $166/hr Duration: 1 year (potential to go through 2029) What's the Job? Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools such as Primavera P6. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project integration. Monitor project progress, identify schedule changes, delays, and risks, and implement corrective actions. Assist in developing and reviewing schedule recovery plans, including resource and cost evaluations. Create and manage Owner’s Integrated Schedule (OIS) and ensure stakeholder alignment. What's Needed? Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in project controls or planning/scheduling within oil & gas or heavy industrial projects. Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project, with a solid understanding of CPM methodology. Strong knowledge of earthworks, civil works, drilling operations, pipeline installation, electrical, and instrumentation works. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments. Experience leading cross-functional teams and supporting project execution at various gate stages. What's in it for me?
