As an Executive Assistant, you will be an integral part of the administrative support team, assisting senior leadership in a dynamic educational environment. Job Title: Executive Assistant Location:On-site in Greensboro, North Carolina, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Pay Range: $20.00 What's the Job? Manage and coordinate complex calendars and schedules for senior leadership. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes to ensure effective communication. Arrange travel plans and accommodations, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently. Draft, edit, and review correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information. What's Needed? Proven experience supporting executive-level professionals, with strong calendar management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
