If you have experience in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML coding, and JavaScript/CSS knowledge and are looking for your next career move, apply now.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a UI Developer/Designer to translate high-level requirements into intuitive and functional user interfaces and ensure ADA compliance for outstanding web PDFs. This position will be Full-Time and Hybrid on a 3-6 month contract with employees expected to work onsite 3 days per week.What You’ll Do Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into intuitive and functional user interfacesCollaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experienceExecute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineeringConceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholdersConduct user research and evaluate user feedbackEstablish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standardsApply proper headings to document structures for screen reader navigationAdd alternative text for all images, charts, and other non-text elementsEnsure tables are tagged correctly for screen readers and add proper descriptions and tab order to form fieldsUse accessible fonts and colors to ensure high color contrast between text and backgroundAdd metadata, set the document title, and author in document propertiesWhat You'll NeedRequired:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field.At least three years of software development experienceProficiency in Adobe PDF Pro (3 years)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (3 years)Intermediate level of HTML coding (2 years)Knowledge of JavaScript/CSS (2 years)Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor#LI-NA1Reasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.$49-$52 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
