Physical Therapist East Brunswick NJUrgently HiringWe are looking for a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team full time in East Brunswick NJ. Ideally, we are looking for a Physical Therapist that has excellent communication skills, fantastic patient rapport, and has a strong background in orthopedics and manual therapy. Vestibular and concussion management experience is helpful but not a deal breaker. Preferably, the incoming therapist has at least 2 years of experience, but we will consider motivated recent grads. The PT has dedicated support from our team with administrative assistance and technician to assist with care. It is on these tenets that we have built a reputation for excellent clinical outcomes and service. Our Physical Therapists enjoy a supportive, fun, and collaborative work environment and treat a lesser volume of patients/visits than our competitors.Duties:Identify and meet patients’ goals and needsOffer cost-effective treatments that help improve patients’ motion and mobilityReduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgeryDevelop care plans using a variety of treatment techniquesCreate fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needsProvide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventionsMotivate patients during treatment to help them function optimallyPromote patients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordinationConsult and practice with other health professionalsEvaluate effects and monitor and communicate progressDocument patient care servicesSelf-monitoring and reporting individual metricsCommunicate with front desk on scheduling patients out at least 2 in advance, expected dates of discharges for patientsCommunicate and collaborating with our billing departmentSupervise technician staffMake appropriate referrals within our list of approved rehab partners/providersFollow up with patients as needed to promote patient loyalty and lifetime value of patients Requirements:Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT) required PT License in NJExperience in an outpatient setting preferred but will consider recent gradsSchedule:Full time (Mon-Friday)Salary (range): $105k-$115k (depending on experience) plus potential bonus compensationBenefits:Vacation/PTOPotential bonus compensationHealth, Dental, Vision and Life insurance Continuing education stipend ($1500/year)Professional growth and mentorship opportunitiesTreat 2-3 patients per hrRetirement plan 401kIf you can manage patients with different types of personalities, have excellent clinical expertise and fantastic interpersonal communication skills, and a drive to continually learn and grow, we’d love to hear from you!
