Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities): 45% Work Delivery Administration and Infrastructure DevelopmentConfigure and implement CBO worklists for efficient claim movementMonitor inflow/ outflow patterns for risks to MSC and effective inventory managementAnalyze vendor forecast accuracy to inform changes in delivery patternsDevelop delivery, monitoring, and action taking infrastructures and methodologies to ensure the accurate and timely completion of claim denialsCreate and inform disaster recovery protocolsWeigh in on deviations/ risks to budget obtainmentOptimize performance30% Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and remediate risks to the businessCommunicate and lead conversations with BPO/ vendors regarding delivery priorities and requirementsHold BPO/ vendor partners accountable for poor performance and provide coaching/ insight to prevent recurrence15% Miscellaneous Projects Handle additional projects and tasks as assignedProvide flexibility to support emerging business needs and operational priorities10% Knowledge Sharing and MentorshipTrain and mentor new hires and colleagues on Denials Management best practicesDevelop educational materials and artifacts to document internal processesFoster a collaborative team environment that encourages continuous learning and improvementEducation & Experience Required:Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent professional experience)3-5 years of experience in denial management, revenue cycle, or related operational rolesDenials and/or work delivery/ performance monitoring experience preferredStrong ability to work cross-functionally and engage stakeholders at various levelsDemonstrated ability to lead projects independently and deliver impactful resultsKnowledge & Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Command of pivot tables preferredBasic data analysis skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with project management concepts preferredSQL experience a plus Expected Compensation$50,000 - $86,000The base salary range shown reflects the full range for this role from minimum to maximum.
