Company: Majors Management  Position Title: Store Manager  Reports to: District Manager  Job Type: Full Time  Location: Onsite    The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the store's team and operations. This position will be responsible for driving store profitability, managing inventory levels, recruiting and hiring talent, and providing superior guest experience.  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES  Manage day-to-day store operations  Hire talent  Training and developing the team   Manage employee performance  Schedule employee shifts effectively to meet guest demand   Drive store profitability  Actively manage P&L and inventory by identifying store and category sales trends  Forecast and analyze business trends and functionality within payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses   Implement action plans to generate and drive additional sales opportunities   Create an organized and process-oriented environment  Communicate company objectives as necessary   Create a culture of people-first, superior guest service  Set clear expectations for team members, track results, and manage performance for continuous improvement  Schedule team members effectively to meet guest demand and deliver a superior experience while maintaining labor controls  Other duties as assigned    QUALIFICATIONS  Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience  Must have valid driver's license and MVR   The role requires flexibility in hours, including evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month  Availability to be on call 24/7    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE  High School diploma or GED is required        PHYSICAL DEMANDS  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
