Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Training Support Specialist to join their team. As a Training Support Specialist, you will be part of the Infectious Disease Developed Markets business unit supporting the Quality Training Compliance team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Training Support Specialist Location: Scarborough, ME Pay Range: $30 to 33/ hr on w2 What's the Job? Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage the Quality System Training Program to ensure employees are properly trained. Provide Subject Matter Expertise on learning processes and LMS to various functional areas within the organization. Ensure effective communication, monitoring, and promotion of learning activities across teams. Liaise with division managers and team leaders to continuously improve learning processes and systems. Author and review training documentation and materials, supporting audit readiness and compliance with quality standards. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Engineering, Human Resources, Business, Instructional Design, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-5 years of experience in the medical device or regulated industry preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of federal and industry regulations such as QSRs, ISO 13485, CMDR, IVDD/IVDR is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver presentations effectively. What's in it for me?
