Systems Engineer - ExpertThis position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. Criterion Systems LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer to support our Government client. Compensation & Benefits:Pay commensurate with experience.Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided.  Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Systems Engineer - Expert Responsibilities Include: Maintain a strong awareness of technical trends in information technology, develop and maintain a strong awareness of on-going IT projects, and business unit requirementsApply the Sponsor’s project management model for development effortsProvide analysis, design, development, deployment, and lifecycle support for innovative hardware/software/ network systems and applicationsDevelop and support end-to-end technical projectsEnsure systems being developed comply with the enterprise technical architectureHelp project and program teams prepare for project control gates; and keep senior management apprised of project or program statusImmediate response may be required to restore or maintainPerforms other job-related duties as assigned Systems Engineer - Expert Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Current TS/SCI with polygraphBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fieldMinimum of eight (8) years of related experienceLocal Area Network (LAN) skillsAbility to build servers, understand certificate authorities and integrate customer systems into enterpriseStrong background in Microsoft Systems Engineering and providing support to those systems.Strong recent experience in Windows platform operating system and Microsoft applications including Windows 10 and Server 2012 / 2016 suite.Strong knowledge of virtualization products with a focus on Hyper-V.Proficiency in scripting languages with a focus on PowerShell.Experience with McAfee product suite.Demonstrated strong performance as a Systems Engineer / Architect, developing or implementing information systems with a broad experience base across the entire project lifecycle.Demonstrated capacity to understand and communicate technical ideas, concepts, and thoughts across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to independently determine and develop approach to solutions.Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal Company Information:Criterion is a part of Cherokee Federal – the division of tribally owned federal contracting companies owned by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
