Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist – Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Support Specialist – Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), you will be an integral part of the Risk Management Department supporting the TPRM platforms such as ServiceNow and OneTrust. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to support and compliance, which will enable you to thrive within this organization. Job Title:Technical Support Specialist – Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Location:Remote (US) Pay Range:$58 What's the Job? Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for TPRM software platforms like ServiceNow and OneTrust. Diagnose and resolve system access issues, errors, and performance problems efficiently. Manage user accounts, permissions, and role-based access controls to ensure security and compliance. Assist with audits, assessments, and compliance checks within TPRM platforms to support regulatory requirements. Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and SOPs to facilitate knowledge sharing and process improvement. What's Needed? Associate Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Experience with TPRM platforms such as ServiceNow, OneTrust, or similar systems. Strong understanding of IT support processes and ticketing systems. Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI preferred).
