This position will be full-time onsite in Trenton, NJ and does involve some travel to other offices in NJ.What You’ll DoPrepare, operate, support, and maintain audio/video IT equipment during recording sessions or live eventsCollaborate with presenters, producers, directors, and other team members to achieve desired sound/videoTroubleshoot technical issues related to audio, video, and IT equipmentTravel to alternative work office locations (Newark, Trenton, Cherry Hill regions) may be required based on the event calendar and schedulingWhat You’ll Need3+ years of experience supporting/troubleshooting audio/video productions and live event support including operating video conference room technologies and hybrid meeting support (Zoom, Teams, Skype, GoTo meetings, Webex)Strong understanding of sound dynamics and acousticsAudio/video production experience in various audio/video technologies and software (Crestron, Extron, Polycom, Adobe, and Camtasia experience a plus)Hands-on, helpdesk experience within the Windows environmentExperience with virtual conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Skype, GoTo meetings, Webex, and assisting with the hosting of meetingsProven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot both A/V and PC-related technical issuesAbility to work with senior management supporting events and cope with a fast-changing environmentThe ability to work as a team or independentlyThe ability to prepare documentation, knowledge transfer, train staff, presenters, and technical staff, etc.The ability to document processes and associated materials and support knowledge transferPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor#LI-KW1Reasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.$28p/h - $32p/hThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
