Our Regional Agency Sales Managers are responsible for marketing, sales, and retention of a profitable book of business through their team.What You'll DoAs a Regional Agency Sales Manager, you will:Oversee agency sales management while ensuring Agency Sales Managers are supporting key activities and delivering desired messages in their interactions with agenciesOversee Agency Sales Managers on agency selection, categorization, suspension, and terminationOversee the development and implementation of territory and agency specific plans and programs to contribute to the achievement of agency produced sales and premium objectivesOversee the training of independent agents and the negotiation and implementation of agency compensation to achieve sales and premium objectivesAdminister human resource related activities. Select, develop, motivate, and recognize staffWork with the National Sales Executive and State Product Managers on implementing initiatives that promote profitable growthWhat it TakesBachelors Degree or equivalent work experience5+ years of related work experience with experience as an Agency Sales Manager or Marketing Support ManagerCommunication and human relation skillsAbility to motivate othersExperience in developing and executing production plansAbility to meet the travel demands of the position and an acceptable motor vehicle recordAbility to comply with all safety procedures outlined in the leased car safety program located in the Sentry fleet handbookFor this position we are open to the selected candidate to be located in one of the following states with close proximity to a major airport:ColoradoIdahoOregonWashingtonUtahCaliforniaArizonaNew MexicoNevadaBased on qualifications and experience the base salary range for this role is:For candidates located in Colorado and Nevada: $112,980-$155,295For candidates located in Washington: $118,360-$162,690For candidates located in California: $123,740-$170,085What You'll ReceiveAt Sentry, your total rewards go beyond competitive compensation.
