As a R&D Research Scientist, you will be part of the Research & Development department supporting regional initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive leadership, strong analytical skills, and a passion for food science, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: R&D Research Scientist Location:Englewood Cliffs, NJ Pay Range:$48 What's the Job? Design and implement sensory and consumer research to uncover actionable insights. Translate research findings into clear product development recommendations. Develop and execute consumer technical test plans for product and packaging evaluation. Analyze sensory and operator data to identify key consumer insights and product opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovation and brand strategies. What's Needed? Minimum of a BS or MS degree in food science, sensory science, nutrition, or related scientific discipline. At least 3 years of experience in consumer/chef/operator insights and sensory science. Strong knowledge of sensory research, consumer qualitative and quantitative methods. Excellent communication skills to effectively share insights with diverse teams.
