 Automotive Biller / DMV Title Clerk$26 - $32+ /HourPrevious Titling and/or Automotive Billing Experience RequiredA well-established automotive dealership in the Westchester County area is seeking an experienced Automotive Biller / Title Clerk to join our growing office team. We're looking for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys accuracy and organization, and takes pride in keeping deals, titles, and compliance running smoothly.This is a full-time, in-store position supporting a busy sales and service operation. If you're dependable, detail-driven, and confident with dealership billing and DMV processes, you'll fit right in. Key Responsibilities: Process all retail, lease, and wholesale deal billing accurately and in a timely mannerComplete DMV paperwork, including titles, registrations, and lien placementsVerify deal accuracy, compliance, and supporting documentationWork closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve missing or incorrect informationSubmit and track title work, ensuring all deals fund without delayMaintain organized records and follow established office proceduresProvide general office support to help keep the department running efficiently Qualifications/Requirements: Prior knowledge in DMV and Titling procedures for New York and out-of-state requiredTitling and/or Automotive Billing experience at a Car Dealership requiredCDK experience is a plusExcellent customer serviceExperience with accounting software and other account functions is a plusOrganizational and phone skills are requiredThe ability to work in a fast-paced environmentBe a team-playerUnderstand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasksMust pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screenBenefits:   $26 - $32+ per hour, based on experienceFull-time Position Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid vacation & sick time Long-term Job Security Opportunity for growth within the company We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
