How you will do itA self-starter who must be able to lead a project team of technicians. Interaction with customers, attention to detail in quoting jobs, scheduling technician hours, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate with necessary ability to develop, close and manage all types of quoted work.What we look forRequiredMust be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO. Be a dedicated member of a North America Branch team willing to learn and be responsible for system trouble shooting, repair and aftermarket services for this fast-growing business.5+ years of commercial HVAC experiences mechanical troubleshooting experience.Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge.Good verbal and written communication skillsPay Range: $61.68 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
