As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of the Service Department supporting the Fuel Cell Systems team. Job Title: Field Service Technician CT | 2nd Shift Location: Remote (Required to travel within 1 hour radius of New Haven, CT) Pay Range: $35-$36/HR + 10% shift differential Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM What's the Job? Provide on-site support, service, and maintenance for fuel cell systems during field visits Operate service vehicles safely and efficiently Create daily workflows based on scheduled tasks and work autonomously Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, testing, and diagnostics on equipment Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while producing detailed service reports What's Needed? High school diploma with 6 years of experience in electrical, process controls, or electro-mechanical fields, or technical diploma with relevant industry experience Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work (OSHA, NFPA 70E) Experience working with three-phase systems, UPS, electrical generation, and distribution systems Ability to read electrical diagrams and blueprints, and perform equipment maintenance according to industry standards What's in it for me?
