This individual will work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager to research new opportunities, coordinate proposal development, and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead DevelopmentAssist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunitiesResearch potential clients, bids, and market trendsParticipate in site visits, cold calls, and networking eventsMaintain all leads and proposals in the Aspire CRM platformProposal & Estimating SupportAssist in preparing and submitting accurate and professional project proposalsOrganize project data including photos, specifications, and pricingTrack proposal outcomes and maintain pipeline reportsClient Relations & Account SupportHelp schedule meetings and follow up with clientsSupport renewals and client engagement effortsIdentify upsell opportunities for enhancement, snow, or maintenance servicesMarketing CoordinationCoordinate with external marketing vendors on lead generation effortsEnsure that promotional materials and content are updated and aligned with company brandingAssist with events, trade shows, and digital campaign trackingReporting & CollaborationPrepare weekly pipeline and activity reportsAttend internal sales and estimating meetingsCollaborate with project and operations teams to ensure smooth project transitions Qualifications Required:2+ years in sales, marketing, or business development (landscaping or construction preferred)Excellent organizational and interpersonal skillsStrong communication and time managementFamiliarity with CRM systems (Aspire, Salesforce, etc.)Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteValid driver"s license and reliable transportationPreferred:Bachelor"s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldBackground in commercial landscaping or bid-based service industriesUnderstanding of estimating or proposal developmentExperience with vendor/marketing agency collaboration Benefits $85,000+ salary depending on experienceComprehensive health insurance package401(k) retirement planPaid time off (vacation, holidays, sick days)Company-provided vehicle for business useCareer development and promotional opportunitiesOngoing professional training and mentorship Schedule Full-Time — Monday to Friday, standard business hoursOccasional travel for site visits, events, or client meetings Location Chelmsford, MA – Office-based role with some travel throughout Massachusetts and neighboring states Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
