This full-time role is ideal for someone with working knowledge of construction trades, scheduling, and site management—especially those who thrive in dynamic environments that include night and weekend work. As a Project Supervisor, you"ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader ensuring quality craftsmanship, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite safety while keeping projects on time and within scope. Learn more at: Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage tenant improvement (TI) projects including carpeting replacement, furniture moving, and interior painting from start to completion.Manage daily field operations at job sites, ensuring work aligns with project schedules and quality standardsCommunicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal team membersConduct quality control checks and ensure contractor compliance with safety regulationsLead and document daily safety meetings and maintain a safe work environmentMonitor and document job progress using daily reports and photosReview project plans, subcontractor scopes, RFIs, and submittalsCoordinate inspections and communicate with city officials as requiredTravel between multiple job sites during day or night shiftsSecure permits when needed and ensure all site requirements are metIdentify and resolve field issues to keep the project on trackProvide direct support to Project Managers and escalate issues when necessary Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or field supervisionHigh school diploma or GED requiredSolid understanding of commercial construction trades and terminologyAbility to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specificationsFamiliar with OSHA safety standards and site compliance proceduresProficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with MS Project a plusAvailable for night and weekend work as requiredStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independentlyA background check and drug screening will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.
