The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.Job Overview: The Nursing Professional Development Practitioner NPDP is a registered professional nurse who has expertise in nursing professional development, education, and/or a specific area or areas of nursing practice. The NPDP employed in this position will be directly involved in the orientation and onboarding of newly licensed graduate nurses in the Medical Surgical/Stepdown/Telemetry division through an innovative and trademarked program called NOURISH Nursing Orientation Unit for RN Integration Support and Health.
