Job Title: Mobile Radiology Position/X-Ray Technician (NY/NJ Travel Position)Employment Type: Full-Time | Temporary / Travel-BasedLocation: New York / New Jersey (travel required)Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dependable X-Ray Technician for a full-time, travel position in New York City Metro area, Southern New York, and/or Northern New Jersey. This role involves traveling to assigned clinical locations to perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with all New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) or Department of Health for the State of New Jersey regulations. We will assist you with getting licensed in NY and/or NJ if you are licensed in another state.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostic X-ray examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocolsEnsure proper radiation safety, and image qualityPrepare, operate, and maintain X-ray equipment in compliance with NY/NJ standardsAccurately document procedures and patient information in electronic medical recordsAdhere to all state, federal, and facility regulations related to radiology and patient careTravel to assigned locations throughout NY and/or NJ as scheduledCollaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient careRequired QualificationsCurrent valid Radiologic Technologist License (in any State – we will assist you with getting a NY and/or NJ license)Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology programCertification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferredStrong knowledge of radiation protection and imaging regulationsExcellent patient communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in a mobile or travel-based settingSchedule & LocationFull-time hoursTravel-based role throughout New York StateDaytime shifts (schedule may vary based on assignment needs)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay, commensurate with experiencePaid car gas and tolls for all work-related travelPaid flights from/to your hometown to NY/NJ at the beginning and end of assignmentsFull-time hours with consistent schedulingExposure to diverse clinical environments across NY and/or NJPosition DurationThis is a contract travel position, ideal for licensed X-ray technologists seeking full-time, short-term assignments.
