This position is responsible for collecting and preparing all statistical reporting, maintaining relationships with other departments and outside vendors. This is a full-time year-round, benefit eligible position. The pay range for this role is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.ESSENTIAL DUTIES Input owner calendars and make owner reservationsProperty checks upon guest and owner arrival and departureCoordinate housekeeping, maintenance vendors, and owners for upkeep and repairsWork closely with Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure condos operate at top performance levelUpdate unit statistics and inventory photos annuallyCollaborate with the marketing team to maintain updated information on Stratton's website regarding condos in the programMaintain and update unit features in HOSTAccurately maintain condo reports and records Assist the ORM manager when neededAdditional tasks as assignedQUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma, or equivalentPrevious lodging, resort, or hospitality experience preferredStrong computer literacyExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong analytical and organizational skillsPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position may be required to work weekends and holidays.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
