Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Security and Technology Recruiter to join their team. As a Security and Technology Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the Security & Technology division. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Security and Technology Recruiter Location: Johnston, RI. HYBRID (onsite 4 days a week) What's the Job? Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top security and technology talent. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and senior leaders. Identify, source, and engage passive candidates through innovative sourcing practices and social media channels. Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, including interview strategies and candidate selection. Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle. What's Needed? Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years supporting Security Engineering and Technology organizations. Proven ability to source and attract passive talent using traditional and social media channels. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders. Experience with behavioral-based interviewing and talent advisory practices. Knowledge of employment law, EEO, and AAP compliance. What's in it for me?
