Mentor Your Team: Provide daily guidance and technical expertise to your crew, fostering a culture of safety and high performance. Technical Problem-Solver: Tackle on-site challenges and ensure smooth project execution, all while supporting our customers. Document with Precision: Maintain thorough installation records, including site details and equipment configurations, to ensure transparency and quality. Communicate Effectively: Engage with customers, inspectors, and internal teams, keeping everyone informed throughout the project lifecycle. Safety First: Keep a safe and organized job site and ensure company vehicles and equipment are operated responsibly.   Qualifications We're Looking For: Education: High school diploma or GED required. Licensure: Current Electrician License or documented progress toward licensure preferred. Experience: 1-2 years in solar installation, electrical work, or construction fields. Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to work at heights, and comfort with tools. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding tasks in various outdoor conditions. Leadership: Proven ability to motivate teams and promote a positive work environment. Attention to Detail: Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Reliability: Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
