Our unique manufacturing processes integrate various materials, adhesives, and RFID transponders into cohesive labeling solutions, making them a prime partner in smart identification and tracking technologies.    Job Title: Estimating Analyst    The primary function of the Estimating Analyst position is to collect information from sales, procurement, and production to establish manufacturing costs for many of the different products that we offer. The information collected will be used to create a cost estimate from which the Analyst will set margins and create a customer facing document with accurate, competitive, and profitable pricing.      Responsibilities:  Prepare estimates for individual job opportunities as well as large RFPs for multi-year contracts.  Collaborate with Sales, Technical Services and Operations to establish a winning solution for the customer and MCC.  Use estimated raw materials and production inputs from various sources to establish a forecasted cost for each opportunity.  Use MCC market pricing analytics and purchase history to recommend pricing and develop price packages including alternative layouts and materials.  Update costs and/or price based on new information and project scope changes.  Create executive summaries to be reviewed during the deal approval process and be able to speak to these as needed.  Understand label printing and applications to guide sales in the quote preparation process.  Demonstrate high understanding of market competition to align with strategic goals.  Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.      Qualifications:  Knowledge in the label and/or printing industry preferred.  Excellent time management skills.  High attention to detail.  Strong mathematical skills  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.  Additional experience with CPQ or pricing software a plus.  Ability to effectively communicate and work with various functional groups.  Ability to organize large workflows and handle high volumes of information.  Written and spoken English & Spanish language competency required.    Limited travel  At least 2+ years of experience in an estimating or pricing related role.  Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field preferred.    Diversity & Inclusion:    MCC fosters an inclusive culture that respects and embraces our teammates’ diverse backgrounds and experiences, so that everyone can achieve their full potential here.
