Registered Nurse Clinical Manager - Homecare Full time 40 hours per weekOur innovative homecare management team is part of an organization focused on best practice and nursing excellence, pillars of our Magnet philosophy. In your management role, you will directly impact patient care delivery and improve outcomes through effective management of your assigned team, case conferences, interdisciplinary team meetings and projects.
