What You"ll EarnStarting pay is $27.00 to $30.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)$1,000 hiring bonus on your first paycheck$5,000 worth of stay-on bonus in your first year of employment (Paid out over the course of a year)Regular wage increases based on performance and experience? ScheduleFull-time, Monday–Friday (5x8 schedule)Occasional Saturdays as neededHome daily – no long hauls or overnights? What You"ll DoSafely operate a garbage truck on local routesCollect waste and recyclables from homes and businessesFollow route sheets and work independently with minimal supervisionPerform daily vehicle checks and basic maintenanceDeliver outstanding, courteous customer service every day?
