What You'll Do: Support daily restaurant operations: Ensure smooth, consistent service across all dayparts.Lead and inspire the team: Coach, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.Champion guest experience: Build relationships, resolve concerns, and create a welcoming environment.Partner with the Restaurant Manager: Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and administrative tasks.Uphold brand standards: Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality across the restaurant.Drive culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.
