The company is headquartered in Houston, Texas.We are looking for highly-motivated individuals who enjoy working as part of a team in a dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment.Plains is looking for an organized and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our Trucking group in Williston, North Dakota. Reporting to the Rocky Mountain Trucking district manager, you’ll have an opportunity to become a trusted partner who keeps our team running smoothly and efficiently while making a real impact.Why You’ll Love This RoleVariety & Challenge: No two days are the same. You’ll handle a wide range of responsibilities that keep our operations on track.Impact: Your work directly supports managers and teams, helping them focus on strategic priorities.Growth: Build your skills in reporting, compliance, and coordination while working with a collaborative team that values your contributions.Benefits: You’ll be eligible for company benefits including medical / dental / prescription / vision, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other programs.What You’ll DoPrepare and organize reports for budget forecasting, volume tracking, overtime, and other operational needs.Manage office correspondence, process invoices, and maintain accurate filing systems.Order equipment and supplies to keep operations running smoothly.Maintain safety handbooks and assist with compliance assurance.Ensure timesheets are accurate and submitted on time.Coordinate employee training schedules and travel arrangements.Serve as a welcoming point of contact at Reception when needed and route calls appropriately.Support facility upkeep and assist with special projects as assigned.What We’re Looking ForEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative or office support role.Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent attention to detail.Attributes: Analytical thinker, proactive problem solver, and effective communicator who can interact confidently with internal teams and external partners.Additional RequirementsValid state driver's license and satisfactory driving record.Ability to pass background checks and comply with drug and alcohol policy, including pre-employment D&A testing.Satisfactory professional references.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available). #PlainsAt Plains, our employees are our most valuable asset.
