This position will be full-time, hybrid, and is a long -term contract position. What You’ll DoDefine and implement Power Platform architecture and strategy, including model-driven apps (MDA), canvas apps, Power Pages, Power BI, and Power Automate workflowsEstablish solutioning patterns, reference architectures, and reusable components aligned with client prioritiesDrive API-first integration using Dataverse, Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management), and external systemsImplement and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards (environment strategy, DLP policies, RBAC, conditional access)Create governance artifacts and lead architecture reviewsOwn ALM and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and code quality/security scanningOversee release management, versioning, rollback strategies, and production cutoversProvide technical leadership across the SDLC: planning, estimation, design, development, testing, performance tuning, and maintenanceProvide Hands-on development in C# for custom components and integrationsDesign and manage integration infrastructure for Power Platform, ensuring secure and scalable connectivityWhat You’ll NeedRequired:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or 15+ years of relevant experience10+ years in IT with experience in developing and maintaining custom business applications2+ years in a supervisory or lead role guiding technical staffStrong written and oral communication skillsDeep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps—canvas/model-driven, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI) and DataverseHands-on experience developing or leading enterprise web applicationsPrior experience managing or supporting systems with web applications in .NET or Java environmentsWorking knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (REST/SOAP) and endpoint security (APIM, OIDC)Familiarity with RDBMS (DB2, Oracle, Postgres, or SQL Server)Experience with load/performance testingDesired:Experience designing environment strategy, DLP policies, and governance for Power PlatformProficiency with CI/CD and automated deployments using Azure DevOps and GitExperience with code quality/security scanning and remediation workflowsIntegration experience with Azure services and external APIsBackground in public sector or healthcare domains with familiarity in PHI/PII safeguardsStrong experience with model-driven app development and integration infrastructure for Power PlatformPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorReasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.$70p/h - $80p/hThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
