And we’re just getting started.If you’re ready to build the future of home improvement, join us. What We OfferCompetitive Pay: $75,000 - $85,000/yrTruck AllowanceComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and visionOpportunity to work with a nationally recognized brand, Kohler! About the RoleManage and supervise Branch employees and oversee all Branch operations to ensure Company procedures and processes are being followedCommunicates with managed employees, Sales Reps, customers, and administrative personnel to ensure the best service is being offered; includes addressing and resolving serious installation/service issuesEnsures implementation and adherence to all health and safety procedures, assisting in the proper documentation of all jobsite accidents and incidentsCoordinates with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, and achieve goals Key Qualifications8+ years’ experience in the home improvement industry.5+ years of management or supervisory experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage and inspect the quality of all employee or subcontractor installations and jobs.Knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM Tools (i360 – SalesForce).Valid drivers license. About RenuityRenuity, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is a leading home improvement services business with a rapidly expanding national footprint.
