Overview: The Quality Administrator will report to the site Quality Manager or Sr. Quality Field Operations Manager as applicable, and indirectly to the Sr. Manager of Quality Control, and will be collecting all documentation related to demonstrating conformance of requirements to project specifications. Quality Administrators will be required to be understand material traceability, various discipline inspection requirements, and a complete understanding of the Construction documentation turnover process. TRAVEL:Travel required up to 100%.  Position requires presence directly on the Project Site location in Boise, ID. COMPANY OVERVIEW:MasTec Industrial, alongside its sister companies Casey Industrial and Phoenix Industrial, has been in operation since 1947. With over 35,000 employees and 400 offices nationwide, we provide flexibility and career growth in dynamic work environments.   Responsibilities: Compile records progressively throughout the project in digital formatUpdate isometric drawings with symbols, welder identifications, dates, Nondestructive Examination (NDE) report identification, etc., in digital format using pdf mark-up softwareOrganize inspection records to ensure they are traceable to their locations in the fieldReview all inspection documentation for accuracy and integrityMatch NDE and Material Test Records (MTRs) to applicable welding and traceability documentsMaintain all Quality and Inspection logs, including but not limited to project Weld LogsReview calibration documentation to ensure conformance of records to inspection requirementsCoach and mentor personnel on the completeness and accuracy of documentationWork within multiple platforms to organize digital recordsPerform frequent audits of documentation to verify compliance with project requirementsCompile, when required, in an organized and neat fashion, paper records for project turnoverMaintain a professional attitude and appearanceOther duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a QA/QC role.
