We treat a variety of conditions to include acute and chronic injuries, personal injury and TBIs. Duties:Combination of telehealth and in office patient visitsPatient exam/evaluation- HPI, physical exam, medical history, review pertinent information/records/imagingOrder and review diagnostic imaging/labs, and testing Diagnosis and Treatment Plan formulationReferral to other providers as indicatedDocumentation- timely and accuratePatient education- as to the diagnosis, treatment plan options and pre/post care instructionsCollaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient careQualifications:Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner programNurse Practitioner license in FLBilingual in Spanish/EnglishMust be willing to travel to our clinic locations around the areaSchedule:Full time (4 days per week)Salary: Up to $125k plus additional bonuses Benefits:PTO/Vacation- 2 weeks plus additional sick timeHealth, Dental and Vision insurance options401kPet InsuranceST disability, Critical illness, Hospital indemnity, Legal protectionWe are looking for someone long-term, interested in growth with the company.
