Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Evans GA (10 miles NW of Augusta)Urgently Hiring$130k - $140k +We are looking for an outstanding, motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical team at our office in Evans GA. We are looking for a PA or NP to join us full time, to focus on helping our patients decrease pain and restore function so that they can live happier, healthier, and more active lives.  About us:We are a multispecialty team comprised of 3 Physicians, several advanced practice providers and dedicated support staff who collaborate to relieve the pain, restore physical function, and empower our patients to renew themselves so they can enjoy the lives they want and deserve and have proudly been doing so for over 15 years. We offer a range of interventional pain management procedures that will ameliorate our patient’s pain and help get them back to full health. Our team of experienced medical doctors with a practice focus in physical medicine and rehabilitation and pain management continue to proudly serve the community, and we are looking for a likeminded physician to join us!Duties:Patient exam/evaluation to include medical history, relevant imaging/studiesDiagnose and Treatment care plans- implement patient management plans for comprehensive careOrder Imaging and referral/Consultation with other specialtiesPrescribe physical therapy, interventional procedures, and medicationsRegularly reassess Patients to determine effectiveness/progressPatient education as to care plan options, treatment options, pre and post care instructions, and medication managementCoordination of treatment plan with the patient and other team membersAccurate and timely documentationRequirements:Graduation from an Accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner ProgramPA-C/NP License to practice in GASchedule:Monday – Friday (No on call/weekends/nights and no major holiday shifts)Compensation:$130k - $140k + (DOE) with Productivity Bonus compensationBenefits:Health, Dental and Vision Insurance optionsPTO- 4 weeks401k CMEsHolidays off, no nights/weekends and no call requiredWe remain steadfast to our successful treatment philosophy that is based on achieving the best treatment through a multimodal approach to relieve pain, restore function, and improve the quality of life of our patients.
