We offer competitive pay and full benefits in a supportive long-term care environment.DUTIES:Plan, assign & supervise Food Service staffCreate schedules & prepare payroll informationOversee food and supply storage & safe handlingEnsure kitchen, storage, dining areas & equipment remain clean and compliantInspect resident trays for accuracy and diet complianceAssist on tray line when neededPlan and coordinate food preparation for special eventsHandle ordering & purchasing for the departmentConduct staff training, orientation & ongoing developmentREQUIREMENTS:CDM certification requiredHS diploma or equivalentLong-term care food service experience strongly preferredServSafe or Sodexo certification preferredKnowledge of large-scale and therapeutic food preparationStrong leadership & supervisory abilitiesExcellent communication skills; strong team playerABOUT US: Founded in 1975, the Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a modern, fully equipped, skilled nursing facility offering a full range of medical, social, and rehabilitation services.
