To start a career that is out of the ordinary, please apply...Job DetailsWe’re the world’s leading data, insights, and consulting company; we shape the brands of tomorrow by better understanding people everywhere.  We use insights and data to create and embed growth strategies to make brands and businesses more valuable.   About the role:·       Job Title: Associate – for Kantar Consulting Team ·       Job Location: New York City, Boston, or Chicago  Primary Objective•         Delivery of high-quality/high-impact brand strategy and consulting solutions, while actively building client relationships and consulting skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment. •         Multi-talented, multi-taskers who bring energy, expertise, momentum, and discipline to our projects Scope of Role•         Delivery of a variety of consulting projects such as brand strategy, market structures, consumer & demand segmentations, brand valuations, brand portfolio strategy, brand architecture, brand purpose, organizational performance, front end innovation, commerce strategy etc. •         Responsible for comprehension of the client’s marketing problems, understanding and executing our solution strategy with manager support and ensuring outputs are meaningful, accurate and actionable for clients. •         Participate in client and project design discussions with supervision – proactively engaging with team members to achieve project objectives•         Support development of consulting solution deliverables at all phases (e.g., questionnaire, sample design and analytic plan) •         Conduct data analysis, synthesizing data from multiple sources, finding interesting facts in the data/preliminary reporting and generating insights. •         Manage timelines and quality of work products, working with internal departments and clients to achieve successful outcomes following solution and industry best practices•         Identify and solve project issues as they arise•         Perform in-depth quality checks at various stages of the project to ensure accuracy•         Serve as a go-to for new team members who have questions and provide support to new members who need help on how to perform tasks•         Exhibit good critical thinking skills, can follow a project workplan and analytic plan, is comfortable sharing ideas and point of view•         Help with presentation development, ensuring client deliverables are clear, relevant and impactful•         Optimize efficiency of delivery without sacrifice of quality•         Challenge the status quo, looks for opportunities to improve, automate, streamline processes – including incorporating the use of AI to improve efficiency and work processes. •         Take ownership on building your own skills through training and asking questions, and supporting team members•         Demonstrate curiosity and a commitment to building an understanding of our capabilities, solutions, data sources and analytic methods.•         Proactively build relationships with consulting colleagues to receive support and feedback•         Demonstrate a high-level understanding of Kantar data sources, tools, and practice areas, and follow the latest developments.•         Actively seek opportunities to support proposal development•         Understand our culture and how to take an active role on the team (e.g., attending/participating in ERG/Social Community meetings/activities/training)  Essential Knowledge & Experience•         1-2 years of professional experience or strong internships / MMR programs; market research or consulting experience preferred with exposure to quantitative methodologies•         Bachelor’s degree; preferred major or concentration in marketing / market research, social science, mathematics or other analytic fields•         Strong process and time management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering against multiple/competing deadlines, prior project management experience preferred•         Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office tools and ability to master other needed business tools (e.g., SPSS, Survey Reporter, data management / cross tab tools and other proprietary tools)•         Experience with AI tools and openness to exploring more ways to incorporate AI into our work and processes •         Strong detail-orientation skills;
