At the Summit of Crystal Mountain, you will directly oversee the operations of the Summit House Restaurant, Tower 16, and any pop-ups and events at the Summit location. Duties for all venues are as follows. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Assists F&B Leadership in forecasting and supporting budget developmentResponsible for maintaining par levels and ordering productCoordinates product deliveries to venues with Shipping and Receiving teamResponsible for inventory input and calculation of COGsConduct staff meetingsSet schedules for the service staffManage and oversee venue operationsHelp achieve restaurant operational objectivesPlan and develop staff incentive programsRespond to customer concerns and questions in-person and electronicallyControl costs and minimize waste while ensuring high quality of preparationModel hospitality professionalism and nurture a positive working environment delivering exceptional customer service in daily operations and eventsMaintain a safe, healthy, and secure working environment holistically, including facility managementMaintain current reservations/waitlist system, POS, Inventory, operational systems and support with training when neededCollaborate with F&B leadership and Marketing to promote and market the businessCoordinate and embrace communication between front of the house and back of the houseRun daily pre-shift stand-up meetingsGather guest & employee feedback and recommend improvements to managementAssist in administering training programsMonitor labor and product expenses to remain within budget, forecasting, and financial goalsDeliver excellent customer serviceOther duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS 5+ years' experience in a restaurant lead role in the hospitality industry in a Front-of-House capacity2 years' experience in banquets or cateringPOS experience required, MS Office experience requiredAttraction experience preferred with high volume experience in non-traditional venuesPositive attitude and excellent communication skills, in-person and electronicMust have Washington MAST CardMust have Washington Food Handler CardMust have the ability to ski/snowboard, or be willing to complete regular training until proficientPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation.Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 30 pounds on an occasional basis.Auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, mobile devices and basic office equipment on a constant basis.Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on an occasional basis.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
