You’ll help bring the virtue of hospitality to life while we create an environment that allows you to be your best self and grow.The Shipping/Receiving Clerk assists in handling all incoming deliveries and filling hotel shipment requisitions, ensuring packages are shipped and distributed to the appropriate party.ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll DoReceive all incoming deliveries to the hotel.Maintain accurate logs and records for all shipping and receiving transactions.Ship outgoing mail and packages through various carriers.Secure the receiving room and its contents to ensure safekeeping.Direct deliveries outside the receiving jurisdiction to the appropriate areas.Deliver, pick up, and sort mail efficiently.Record all packages and parcels received and shipped.Keep the office clean and organized at all times.Ensure confidentiality and security of guest and hotel information.Perform other duties as assigned.
