This role is central to coordinating the patient journey, from initial contact and triage to education and follow-up, ensuring high-quality, seamless care delivery within a dynamic clinic environment.Key Responsibilities:Patient Care & Triage:Execute expert telephone triage, optimize patient flow, and coordinate all aspects of patient care.Clinical Duties:Administer medications, perform patient assessments, interpret test results, and meticulously document all patient interactions and care provided. Enter orders precisely as directed by healthcare providers.Education & Advising:Act as the subject matter expert for patient and family education, identifying specific learning needs and providing actionable advice and clinical recommendations.Operational Support:Schedule patient appointments and delegate tasks to clinical staff, ensuring alignment with demonstrated competencies and professional scope of practice.Collaboration & Adaptability:Work effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative team atmosphere, displaying excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor at all times.Versatility:Be prepared to cover Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or other administrative office duties as clinic needs dictate.
