Job InfoJob Location: Elgin, IllinoisRoute Type: RegionalType of Assignment: Temp to HireTransmission Type: AutomaticJob RequirementsExperience: 1+ yearAdditional InformationCDL A Regional Driver - $1,700 - $1,900 Per Week   TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support regional operations based in Elgin, IL.  This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.  CDL A Details  Schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Monday - Friday, 10am - 2pm Start time Pay:  $1,700 - $1,900 Per Week Route Type: Regional, 3-5 stops per route, Drivers are home 2-3 times during the week  Freight / Load Type: Hauling tires, windshield wipers and rims Equipment: 53' trailer, Automatic Handling: Heavy touch freight, Driver is responsible for getting the tires off the truck CDL A Minimum Requirements:   License: CDL A Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience  Endorsements: None Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)  Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements  CDL A Responsibilities:   Safely operate CDL A equipment on regional routes  Transport tires, windshield wipers and rims in accordance with DOT and company safety standards  Perform required handling tasks including heavy touch freight  Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections  Maintain accurate logs and paperwork  Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations  Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]  Benefits:  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  Paid time off  401(k)  Referral program     Why Work With TransForce?  Join TransForce and see why our drivers are proud to be on the TransForce team.
