As a Trade Processing Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Equity Trading team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Trade Processing Analyst Location:New York, New York What's the Job? Provide full post-execution support for all equity trading activities, including US and Japanese primary offerings, secondary trading, convertible bonds, foreign currency forwards, and ADRs Ensure timely allocations on trade date and proper setup of client accounts across relevant systems Collaborate with the Tokyo Office to facilitate market-making needs, including partial coverage on US holidays Proactively manage and escalate emerging risks or issues to stakeholders and senior management Assist in preparing departmental metrics, reports, and process improvement initiatives What's Needed? At least 5 years of experience in Financial Services, with 2+ years in trade support roles Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field Proficiency in Bloomberg TOMS, Pershing Netx360, Broadridge IMPACT, ULLINK, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly What's in it for me?
