Job InfoJob Location: Carson, CaliforniaRoute Type: LocalType of Assignment: Temp to HireTransmission Type: AutomaticJob RequirementsExperience: 2+ yearsAdditional InformationLocal CDL A Port Driver - Night Shift - $32 Per Hour TransForce is seeking a CDL A Port driver to support local operations based in Carson, CA.    CDL A Details  Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:30pm Start, up to 14 hours per day Pay:  $32 Per Hour, straight time Route Type: Local deliveries to Perris, Redlands, and Moreno Valley Freight / Load Type: General freight Equipment: Day Cab, Automatic transmissions Handling: No touch freight, drop and hook CDL A Minimum Requirements:   License: CDL A Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience  Endorsements: TWIC Card Equipment Experience: 2+ years of verifiable CDL A experience in the ports of LA/LB Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)  Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements  CDL A Responsibilities:   Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes  Transport general freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards  Perform required handling tasks  Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections  Maintain accurate logs and paperwork  Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations  Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]  Benefits:  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  Paid time off  401(k)  Referral program     Why Work With TransForce?  Join TransForce and see why our drivers are proud to be on the TransForce team.
