The Marketing Specialist, eCommerce Customer Integrations is responsible for building and maintaining relationships to support the Paint Stores Group’s (PSG) clients requesting that Sherwin-Williams conducts business with them using various types of an eCommerce/Digital solution for procurement, billing, and reporting. This position represents the Paint Stores Group business segments and regions within the Sherwin-Williams eBusiness Center of Excellence and will be responsible for the successful integration and onboarding by leveraging the clients Procurement System. This position will also supervise the transfer of clients from the implementation stage to the customer service stage, including recommending and implementing innovative solutions to improve internal/external customer satisfaction and financial performance. Responsibilities of the position include supporting the Digital Marketing group through the implementation of Digital Catalogs, including Punchout and Hosted. In addition, supporting the PSG Digital Catalog team on catalog conversions and development of more automated processes for the maintenance of all supported EDI customers. **This position will work out of the Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH**At Sherwin-Williams, our purpose is to inspire and improve the world by coloring and protecting what matters. Please be aware, Sherwin-Williams recruiting team members will never request a candidate to provide a payment, ask for financial information, or sensitive personal information like national identification numbers, date of birth, or bank account numbers during the application process.Represents the PSG business segments/regions within Sherwin-Williams eBusiness Center of Excellence Focuses on strategic developments of the integrations team and works with the National Accounts sales team to prioritize customer needs. The PSG integrations specialist responsibility is inclusive of facilitating PSG customer procurement system integrations (PunchOut/Hosted/non-Catalog) by working with the PSG Catalog and Customer Operations teams within eBusiness, as well as Site Operations, National Accounts, Credit, and IT teams to meet customer needs and business objects.  Provides guidance to other Digital Marketing peers on customer experience and operations. Provides reporting and training/onboarding support. Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure quality standards and practices are consistent, up-to-date, and communicated across the team. Work with manager, external customers and the Sherwin-Williams sales and credit organizations to implement customer/vendor focused eCommerce solutions. Integrate with clients according to schedules; customer requested catalogs and electronic invoicing. Accurately maintains and updates customer account information to assure all locations can access their catalog, place POs, and receive electronic invoices. Record and document customer profiles so that customer information can be easily accessed by various SW departments. Transition customers from the implementation group to the customer service group in an effective and efficient manner. Works with 3rd party system providers (i.e., Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.) to understand system requirements for loading data, the format needed to accomplish this objective, and to establish approval dates for catalog uploads so that data is accurate for our customers and stores fulfilling their B2B orders.  Troubleshoot issues with the Sherlink team and provide feedback to the Sherlink technical team to correct any errors that would cause customer delay in being able to access orders or invoices.EDUCATION:Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferably in Marketing, MIS, or e-Business related fields.  KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: Minimum 2 years digital catalog development, eCommerce and/or marketing experience is required. Ability to work within a matrix organizational structure, developing strong relationships with all levels of management. Demonstrated ability to influence decision makers. Ability to adjust to the audience when translating between business and technical terminology. Ability to manage and cleanse large data sets.  Preferred: Experience working with procurement systems such as OPS, Yardi, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle. Experience with SW Point of Sale systems, processing eCommerce orders from SW Customer Order Entry, and SW Price Record Card structure (Local, National, Schedule, etc.) is preferred. Experience working with the National/Strategic Accounts Sales Organization and management is a plus. Knowledge of PSG Product mix is a plus.  TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required: Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs such as Excel or enterprise systems.  Must be detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects at once. Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a proven track record of collaboration with multiple internal and external partners.  Preferred: Project development timelines and successfully communicate these to internal and external stakeholders. Determine the most appropriate process for establishing and maintaining customer catalog. Make recommendations for catalog format and content. Work with stores and sales group to determine and perform the appropriate course of action to ensure successful EDI transmission and implementation.
