This is done by utilizing software and equipment to create images that can be given to customers to show color possibilities.  This position takes in consideration all aspects of color including appropriate use of color with regards to region of county and style of architecture.  This also includes color matching and palette development.  This position will also work with HOA sales representatives to obtain color information for their customers and maintain that information in an archive.  In addition, it will create Color Books for HOA customers, and assist with adding new exterior schemes to their communities.  Added responsibilities include updating and organizing the resource library, along with ordering replacement color chips. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status. • Must have the ability to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone. • Must have a valid driver’s license. • Must have a high school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Completed training certification for your current position, if required. • Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. • Ability to operate a camera. • Ability to effectively interact with employees and customers. • Time management skills to organize daily planning. • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or comparable programs. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a design-related field
