Job Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departureCreate a positive first impression and deliver excellent customer serviceOpen and close doors for guestsAssist with luggage as neededSafely park and retrieve guest vehiclesDirect traffic to maintain smooth vehicle flowIssue valet tickets and explain the retrieval processTurn off vehicles and secure keys properlyWork independently or with a teamMaintain professionalism in all guest interactionsGo above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction RequirementsMust be able to drive a manual (stick-shift) transmission.At least 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality, retail, food service, etc.)Valid driver’s licenseMinimum of 2 years of driving experienceClean driving recordAbility to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehiclesStrong communication skills in EnglishComfortable working in fast-paced environmentsReliable, punctual, and team-oriented Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periodsAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbsFrequent bending, stooping, squatting, and liftingWillingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
