This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.  CDL A Details  Schedule: 70 hours per week, 2 weeks out, 3 days home time Pay:  $0.62 Per Mile, goes up depending on experience, Per diem is $35 Per night, Tarp pay is $50 PER tarp, Detention and breakdown are $25 Per Hour, after the first hour and a half Route Type: OTR to Midwest Freight / Load Type: Roofing and construction materials Equipment: New Mack Anthem, Flatbed trailer, Automatic transmissions Handling: Tarping and Strapping CDL A Minimum Requirements:   License: CDL A  Experience: Recent graduates accepted  Endorsements: None Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)  Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements    CDL A Responsibilities:   Safely operate CDL A equipment on OTR routes  Transport roofing and construction materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards  Perform required handling tasks including tarping and strapping  Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections  Maintain accurate logs and paperwork  Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations  Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]  Benefits:  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  Paid time off  401(k)  Referral program     Why Work With TransForce?  Join TransForce and see why our drivers are proud to be on the TransForce team.
