MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANPay$22-$26 per hour based on experience plus $1 shift differential Weekly PayQuarterly safety bonus opportunities Schedule 3 PM- 11:30 PM (Monday - Friday)Overtime as neededMUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON FIRST SHIFTJob Duties Performing highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Troubleshoot and repair of production machines.Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.Detect faulty operations or defective materialRequired Skills Minimum 1-2 years industrial maintenance/electrical plant experienceKnowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems  Basic understanding of PLCs   Ability to read a tape measure Able to lift to 75 lbs. independently Regular and predictable attendanceHigh school education and/or vocational schoolPreferred Experience Ability to read and understand electrical schematics Knowledge of 480v 3 phase/270v/110v/24vdc Able to use Multimeter efficientlyProficient at troubleshooting electrical issues  VFD troubleshooting and programming knowledgeKnowledge of CNC control systems Knowledge of potentiometers/servos/drives/encoders Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance starting day 1Short and long-term disability401K with employer matchHealth Savings Account with employer matchEmployer covers majority of benefit cost   TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
