This position will be full-time and onsite.What You’ll DoCollect and analyze dataMake outbound calls to follow up on customer issues as well as information gatheringReceive and route internal and external telephone calls and emails, the answers to which may involve the interpretation of policies and proceduresConduct thorough research and analysis on Toll Enforcement Invoice disputes and determine the best course of action to prevent further eventsManage interoperability agency requests for information and resolutions.
