About Us: Overview: Brightview Senior Living is thrilled to continue our growth in New Jersey with the upcoming opening of Brightview East Brunswick. Located on Cranbury Road, this beautiful new senior living community is planned to open in late 2027. As we begin this exciting journey, we are seeking an experienced Executive Director to provide leadership and bring this vision to life.  Responsibilities: In this role, you will work in an entrepreneurial environment and be empowered to lead your community with creativity and independence.   As the Executive Director, you’ll be involved in every facet of the operation – Hospitality, Health Services, Dining, Programming, Sales, Maintenance, and the Business Office.  Once on board, you will play a pivotal role in building brand awareness and leading the pre-sales efforts, serving as the driving force behind our sales and marketing initiatives. As the community approaches opening, you will have the unique opportunity to recruit and develop a talented leadership team of Directors who will bring Brightview’s mission to life and shape an exceptional experience for our future residents and associates. Once our community opens, you will continue to oversee day to day business operations to ensure exceptional quality and service, sustained resident satisfaction and associate engagement, operational efficiency, and strong financial results.     Salary Range: USD $150,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr. Compensation Disclosure: The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges. Qualifications:   Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent experience.Demonstrated, successful operations experience specific to independent, assisted, Alzheimer’s communities or related fields.Three plus years management experience in similar environment.Proficient in MS Office products, internet and industry specific software programs for marketing, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.Meet state licensing requirements (where applicable).Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks.Problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and a functional level.Strong MS Office proficiency.Ability to effectively communicate in English  Why work at Brightview?: Discover the Brightview Senior Living Difference! 1.
