Job InfoJob Location: Compton, CARoute Type: LocalType of Assignment: DedicatedTransmission Type: AutomaticJob RequirementsExperience: 2+ yearsTWIC Card RequiredAdditional InformationLocal CDL A Port Driver - $1,200 - $1,400 per week TransForce is seeking a CDL A Port driver to support local operations based in Compton, CA.  This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.  CDL A Details  Schedule: Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday, 5pm Start time Pay:  $34 Per Hour, $1,300 - $1,400  Estimated weekly pay Route Type: Local  Freight / Load Type: Local drayage and general freight Equipment: Automatic Trucks, Slip Seat operations Handling: No touch freight CDL A Minimum Requirements:   License: CDL A   Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience  Endorsements: TWIC Card and Hazmat required Equipment Experience: 6 months Port experience Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)  Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements  CDL A Responsibilities:   Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes  Transport drayage and general freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards  Perform required handling tasks Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections  Maintain accurate logs and paperwork  Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations  Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]  Benefits:  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  Paid time off  401(k)  Referral program  Why Work With TransForce?  Join TransForce and see why our drivers are proud to be on the TransForce team.
